(1) The temperature in the cure oven and the constant temperature holding time of the workpiece are automatically controlled.

(2) When the preset temperature is reached, the system will automatically enter the constant temperature state and start timing; When the time reaches the preset holding time (unit: seconds), the system stops heating, lights up the "start-up warning" indicator light, and rings the electric bell to remind the operator (the electric bell should be provided by the operator and connected to the control cabinet according to the instructions).

(3) The three-phase balanced connection of the electric heating power element can avoid the phase deviation of the power supply.

(4) The system has the advantages of low cost, less investment in one-time equipment, but operation cost high , which is suitable for users with less usage.

(5) The electric heating elements are distributed reasonably in the cure oven to reduce the temperature difference in the furnace.
