*Insulation box of assembled curing oven

1) The inner wall of the insulation box of the curing furnace is not grooved and reinforced with galvanized steel plate, which has long service life.

2) The outer wall is grooved to enhance electrostatic spraying color steel plate, with beautiful appearance.

3) The insulation layer adopts machine pressed rock wool with density of 120 kg / m3. The thickness is selected according to the customer's location (generally 10-15cm)

4) The side wall of the insulation board is provided with a heat resistance bridge structure, which has good insulation effect.

5) Reasonable assembly structure is adopted, which is convenient for transportation, low transportation cost and simple assembly process.

6) The curing furnace with gas heating and oil heating is equipped with independent adjustable tuyeres to make the airflow distribution in the drying channel reasonable and the temperature uniform.

7) For far-infrared electric radiation curing furnace, the temperature difference of each part can be reduced by reasonable distribution of internal heating elements.

8) The curing furnace adopts the container locking structure, which is easy to operate. The left and right doors are equipped with baffles, and the edge of the door frame is provided with sealing strips, which has good sealing performance.

9) The curing furnace can be opened at both ends to facilitate the turnover of work pieces and improve the utilization rate of curing furnace.

10) The standard curing furnace is equipped with inner track, outer track, high temperature resistant wheel and bottom beam for trailer, which is convenient for customers to make Trailer.

11) The track in the curing furnace transfers the weight to the ground through a special structure without crushing the insulation layer of the bottom plate.

12) Control system: the temperature and holding time in the furnace are automatically controlled. When the furnace temperature reaches the set temperature, the timing will be set by oneself. After the timing is completed, the furnace will stop automatically and give an alarm to prompt the operator to start the furnace.

13）One set of oil return pipe, oil supply pipe and fuel filter, one set of automatic fuel burner.
